Past Couple'a Nights
Late-night jams to put my mind on ice to. |
1 | | Kyuss Welcome to Sky Valley
Doesnt Kyuss sound like they are the musical equivalance of wind? (Thats a good thing btw lol) |
2 | | Miles Davis A Tribute To Jack Johnson
The past few days Ive been kinda down n out over some friend issues and when I hear Miles appear after two minutes on "Right Off", man, all my problems just go away. Its not fan-boy when I say that, its just you know, music is the great healer. Something we can all agree upon. |
3 | | Miles Davis Live Evil
This Live-Evil is sooooo much better than Sabbath's Live-Evil. Ive been considering doing a review for this (because there is a Miles resurgence in here that Ive noticed), but Ive got like two or three reviews that arent finished on Word that I gotta get too. |
4 | | Nine Inch Nails The Fragile
Good songs, but to tell the truth I really dig it when its just the instrumentals. However "Into The Void" should have the same popularity as "Closer" does. |
5 | | Depeche Mode Ultra
Yo...if you havent really given DM a good shot yet, I beg of you to do so. Quite a rewarding group. |
6 | | Lamb Of God Wrath
And you know what! It kinda sucks! I was already sort of disappointed in Sacrament to an extent, but this album sealed the deal that LOG has become mediocre. |
7 | | Pink Floyd BBC Sessions 74
This is a highly famous Floyd boot that I came across on the net about a month ago. The sound is superb, and youde be fooled to think this was official. Their live take of DSOTM back in 74 is quite something. Any Colour You Like is 7 minutes long and is absolutely breathtaking. Not to mention they do Echoes in full as an encore. Very VERY easy to get online and if you love Floyd, man this shit is great! |
8 | | Thievery Corporation Radio Retaliation
Gonna catch these guys on the 28th in Philly and its gonna be the bomb. This is high-quality lounge music, corny-free. This new album treads no new ground but it makes you wanna hang with company. |
9 | | Helmet Betty
Great album, and doesnt this album sound great? Like it was recorded perfectly. I love Helmet, but feel bad they just never got consistent. |
10 | | Heaven & Hell Live at Radio City Music Hall
Yeah call em Black Sabbath or whatever, but this live album is great! I had to make a band page for them not too long ago and it got me in the mood to spin this. Dio still brings it bro! |
