Wildcardbitchesss 07.19.26	Bipolar is fucking rough man… I spiraled pretty hard when I first got diagnosed too, hit my mid 20’s, think im getting life figured out, and then life throws you in one of the worst ways possible. Find a good psychiatrist and a therapist, a lot easier said than done, but if I were you I would get medicated ASAP. I’m on Vraylar, and tbh it probably saved my life. I’m still miserable as shit, but the manic episodes have slowed way down, like to the point where I can recognize them as they’re happening. Depressive is a whole different story, but hey, it made half of the battle a lot easier. And I’m sure everyone is gonna say something like this, but if your gf can’t accept that you weren’t really yourself and what being bipolar actually means, then fuck her. I cannot stress enough that you are literally better off without her. As long as you’re taking steps to remedy the situation, fuck anyone that treats you too harshly over a manic episode. Also lost like 70 pounds when i stopped getting blackout every night and eating everything in the fridge, so that was nice
unclereich 07.24.26	If alcohol is a contributing factor to your woes in life by all means you should quit immediately, but if you can handle your booze I’m all for someone enjoying a drink or ten every now and again. Life is too short to quit something that’s not giving you problems. I personally quit all substances years ago just for health reasons and I haven’t given any a single thought since especially booze. Most of it to me tastes like doodoo poopoo because I blacked out and puked so frequently that I developed conditioned taste aversion. Crisp, tall, screaming-cold diet cokes are my life now. Especially the gold no caffeine bangers. No one can take those away from me!
