AFI and TWIABP were both interesting, but left me disappointed especially given how much I love both those bands.
I need to revisit Hail the Sun. I remember it being good, but for some reason it just didn't have ethe staying power their last couple albums did for me.
Have given Callous Daoboys and Moving Mountains a few spins each. I enjoy both, but I am not sure that I am going to dive very deep into either. Comfortably in the B-Tier maybe for me.
Maybe I will check out the other 4 on your list.. tried Geese once and I just dont think it is my thing. |

@Feather im so serious, hail the sun is mainly here for the middle run of Insensitive Tempo to I Can Tell By The Scars. I just kept going back to it which is what gave it the edge over my 11/12 (LS Dunes and Hayley Williams. they're all about tied tbh). the last 2 on that album are up there as well.
and yeah, this is my favorite AFI since Burials. It's by no means perfect but I think they pull off the sound well and Davey is at an all time high in terms of expressiveness. TWIABP, I can see people not liking it. I wasn't initially interested in them doing hardcore but I really warmed up to it |

01.14.26 | ooo LS Dunes album is definitely bordering on breaking a top 10. I just didnt revisit it much after spinning it non-stop for a month or so.
Dissolving on TWIABP was incredible and also may have been the least 'hardcore' song on the album. |

01.15.26 | I ALSO did not listen to new LS Dunes much in the latter half of the year but kinda the same with HTS there were so many tracks I loved from it. I guess I played it a lot in the early months since spot said it was my 5th most listened to album this year lol
