10.01.25 | this was interesting to make. for example, I think there are aspects of Twisted Tongues that would make it an easy top 5 here but it's also a track that lets me down with a chorus that just passes and an underwhelming bridge. a lot of the Blood/Bodies songs just feel marred by such thin production that has become so apparent over the years especially when stacking up to Burials.

10.01.25 | 3 is much higher than it would've been some years ago. as much as im hyped for Silver, AFI already did a perfect Cure song with A Deep Slow Panic.
4 too, always loved it but it really deserves its flowers. hell, i think if we got Burials instead of Crash Love, 17 Crimes would've been comfortably under Girl's Not Grey and Miss Murder |

10.01.25 | I agree with a lot of these picks, if not the order. Anxious, Pink Eyes and Dulceria would be in my top 5. I only heard Caught for the first time the other day and it didn't do much for me sadly. Maybe it's a grower. |

10.08.25 | I kinda like 17 crimes and Trash Bat. I've heard all these songs at some point but I can barely even connect the track names with the music. I prob just didn't vibe with them. Might have to revisit some of these. Face beneath the waves is cool too, and I think Break Angels is solid but idk, I guess as an AFI I never really choose to listen to these much. |
