08.18.25 | yeah im almost done recovering from my broken foot, so things are looking up in that regard. got the stitches out and now doing more foot exercises to get it back into shape again. being able to use both hands again is quite nice. still cant do my job for a couple more weeks so it dosent swell up, though. |

Playing Borderlands 3 thru again in preparation for BL4. Started taking a new prescription deodorant for my hyperhidrosis called Drysol and it’s ACTUALLY working. My 13 year old Chihuahua, Meeka, passed away a month ago and I’m grieving hard. Trying to make more time with my family lately as I feel we’ve been so busy and haven’t connected as much as I’d like. I think that’s about it for me- how are y’all doing? |

Scoot- Yeah my other pup, Miss Pugs, passed away at 12 about 3 years ago. Both of them were my wife and I’s world and it’s been so hard. Sucks that my colleagues and family don’t really get how important they were to us either.
RVACH13- Yeah we saved for years and our mortgage is stupid high, but we live in a nice, quiet neighborhood so it’s pretty dope. Yeah, I honesty love being a teacher. It’s really challenging but incredibly rewarding. The pay is awful though lol Thankfully I don’t have any college debt tho whoop whoop |

@Veldin my mother just lost her 12 year old maremma to cancer and she took a couple days off from work because of it. I had to bury her last dog (German shepherd) who also died of cancer about 4 years ago and she took a whole vacation after that. |

I don't have a problem, but in the Before Times I definitely overdid it all the time. Now I don't go out almost at all and have a few beers or glasses of wine on a Friday or Saturday afternoon. Glad to have those crazy times out of my system. |

The Times and Jack of the Wood for a variety of bar styles (if you're traveling with anyone interested). Battery Park Book Exchange is a beautiful bookstore with food and a bar, there's a pinball museum where you can play a lot of really old machines, Citizen Vinyl is a small pressing plant with a coffee shop in it. |

My dad is also suffering from depression and lives 700km away and hasn't returned my calls in months. I keep in touch with my aunt in the same town as him to get updates at this point.
Aside from that, home life is great, and I plan on proposing to my girlfriend in the next month or two! |
