01.06.09 | Gnarls Barkley and NIN were each $5.00 on Amazon.com, and I got Dredg, Johnny Cash and Dream Theater at a record store for $20.00 collectively. |

Masochist
01.06.09 | Well, 1-3 and Johnny Cash. I already had Folsom Prison, and San Quentin should've came right after that.
I've listened to 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, and parts of 8 and 9. I have to wait until I can devote a good amount of time before I take a listen to 2 and 3. |
Electric City
01.06.09 | 1 is overrated

Masochist
01.06.09 | I'm thinking Mute Math might be my next Mae or Jimmy Eat World, in that they're a band who's had at least one song on my computer for a long time ("Typical"), but who I finally scored an entire c.d. from. I thought it would be a really straight-forward rock c.d., but it's a lot deeper than that. I already like it, but it'll probably take a few more listens before I digest it fully.
At the Drive-In and Dredg were shoved in my face so often here on Sputnik that I was tired of being out of the loop. That trend will probably continue with Cynic and Porcupine Tree very soon (and perhaps yet another DT album...I'm thinking "Six Degrees..."). |
Yazz_Flute
