08.21.25 | yeah these are all fair ratings, i'd maybe bump part 2 above 4 but 1 is certainly 1. I do like Freddy's dead but can't dispute its status as a messy failure. part 5 used to be my least favorite but it's grown on me a bit, the old extended VHS of it gives it a more mean spirited tone than the rest of the series, some great special effects work in it as well. |
