That first and only album by Forest of Frost is completely instrumental. There are some vocals, but no lyrics. It's a very impressive album composed, performed and recorded by one person.
I listened to bits off the first two albums when I was in high school and didn’t touch them much after. Maybe tomorrow I’ll give them a proper listen tomorrow while I’m working.

Not that this strikes me entirely as a prog metalcore type energy on this list BUT the best band to ever do dizzying technical shreds meets lush ethereal atmosphere in instrumental music imo is Night Verses
