| | concerts I’ve seen + rated | | 12 | | cristoph 8-track
bit of a throwaway but this was lots of fun, chopped it up with cris he’s a really cool dude, made fun of each other’s football teams and he played a bunch of my requests, 10/10 | | 11 | | Travis Scott Utopia
best concert i ever went to, no one does live shows like travvy, i got my whole section to rage even though we were the mezzanine seated section lol 100/10 | | 10 | | Queens of the Stone Age In Times New Roman...
think this was my most recent one, alone in the pit but i was the loudest one there, lots of friendly folks, these guys were amazing live and played some very pleasant surprises on a great setlist 9/10 | | 9 | | Mamalarky Mamalarky
was kinda stoned so that might’ve added to the experience, went with a fwb and it was a great vibe, talked with the band a bit, really cool people 8.5/10 | | 8 | | Guy J The Trees, The Sea & The Sun
really sexy music, got eyefycked by hot girls, got stoned n high, went there with a situationship and got laid almost instantly after
pretty legendary 9/10 | | 7 | | Failure Fantastic Planet
went w my best friend to a small downtown venue, amazingly loud and fun, good mix of old + new songs
8.2/10 | | 6 | | Beach House Once Twice Melody
I think this was junior year in college, bit of a dark patch in my life but it was a solid concert
so many horny people at beach house concerts, shoulda brought a fwb oh well 7.5/10 | | 5 | | Caribou Swim
went with my bro and sis at a small downtown venue (the best way to do it)
honestly blew my mind, HUUUGE sound, two drummers, great visuals, was lightly stoned 10/10 | | 4 | | Gojira From Mars to Sirius
opened for deftones, honestly might’ve been even more impressive, crazy live sound and amazing mix 8.5/10 | | 3 | | Deftones Ohms
huge bucket list tick-off, they weren’t terrible like so many people would say, but again, not great seats but still fun
BQAD live is quite the memory 8/10 | | 2 | | Tool Fear Inoculum
absolutely momentous, caught em in Dallas after visiting my bro in Reno, spiritual experience 11/10 | | 1 | | Tame Impala The Slow Rush
first real concert i went to, freshman year with my bro, was pretty dope

05.17.25 | what’s the best concert u ever went to? plan on going to any? it’s summer time summer time!!! | RVAHC13
05.17.25 | My coworker said Tool sucked live. He saw them in 06 though.
I can’t remember a lot of concerts but I saw Voivod for like $15-20 in a small venue a little while back. Show was awesome, I was right near the front. When I left it was snowing out and I got Chinese food after. I saw TSOL and Poison Idea at the same venue both of those shows rocked too. | Flashmobba
05.17.25 | cool cool, post-concert food always hits
tell ur coworker his fly is open | sr388
05.17.25 | my favs:
-scream the prayer with the chariot and norma jean in like 2011
-purity ring touring on another eternity in 2015
-ethel cain in a 300 cap venue in 2022
-bjork at the shrine in 2022
-haste the day reunion show in 2023
-honorable mention: a day to remember and bring me the horizon at an outdoor venue during a tornado warning in 2011, lightning strikes everywhere and water pouring off the stage, not my favorite bands but a core high school memory
edit: thought this was a top concerts list so i commented mine lol, ignore me | ArsMoriendi
05.17.25 | Oh yeah Mamalarky! Just saw them last week and they rocked it | Flashmobba
05.18.25 | hells yea
i would shit my shoes if i saw bjork live
my sis jus visited Iceland recently n rubbed it in, definitely a bucket list spot | sr388
05.18.25 | 100% catch her live if you ever can. my friend also just went to iceland and im so jealous | bigguytoo9
05.18.25 | Just saw DEAD & COMPANY @ SPHERE last week in Vegas. Best show ive ever attended. | SuzyC
05.18.25 | I went to so many concerts from 1985 to 2007 that I couldn't possible list all the bands I saw. And I had been the bass guitarist in seven bands and a guitarist in two others during that time, so plenty of the bands I saw were unsigned independent bands. | Flashmobba
05.18.25 | nice never heard of em
suzy that’s dope lore which bands were you in | jrlikestodance
05.18.25 | 5 are sooo great live. The last tour they did was the best time I've seen since 2015
Sadly for the show I caught of 3 the sound sucked but the whole tour crushed
Best show I saw was either Ben UFO in a warehouse for a 4 hour afters set in 2022 or Primus 3D in 2012 | jrlikestodance
05.18.25 | Also saw 1 on the last day of Bonnaroo when they were touring for Lonerism. Blew my young early 20s mind | Chippe
05.18.25 | Cant pick one, lots of them since 1985. Shows with most staying power (probably with some omissions):
Iron Maiden-Powerslave -85 (first and mightiest)
Metallica-Black album -91
Faith No More-Angel Dust -92
U2-Achtung Baby -92
Rammstein-Sehnsucht -98
Isis-Wavering Radiant -09
Fields of the Nephilim, Laibach as support -12
Kvelertak-Meir -13
Agent Fresco, playing in a small restaurant in Reykjavik, Iceland -18
Vi som älskade varandra så mycket -24
Will see Deafheaven and Kauan among others this year.
Faith No More-Angel Dust -92

05.18.25 | ... and my worst memory probably is missing a Björk concert due to a delayed flight | Feather
05.18.25 | “ so many horny people at beach house concerts, shoulda brought a fwb oh well 7.5/10”
It’s comments like this that keep me coming back to Sputnik music dot com. | jrlikestodance
05.18.25 | Bjork played the worst DJ set I've seen in my life. Really need to catch her at a proper show | Flashmobba
05.18.25 | damn chippe you’ve seen a lot of the greats, don’t let the bjork thing bring you down
