| Birthday trip recap
Wifey made some Italian sando’s for us to eat on the ferry from Nanaimo to Vancouver while I listened to 1/2/3. Checked into the hotel and walked to grab 4/5 for my best friend and his step daughter’s bday presents. Saw
a used copy of 6 and had to grab it. Then went to see Godspeed, which was honestly a lacklustre experience compared to the first time I saw them, though late night wood fired pizza saved my soul. A terrible sleep, followed by room service Benny’s, with a pool day and playoff hockey had me feeling up again on the day of my birth. Not long after we trundled down to see Geordie Greep, which ended up being one of the best shows I’ve seen. I loved the album, but seeing it live was an entirely different experience. 11/10, would recommend. | | 1 |  | Today Is the Day

@RVAHC13, I haven’t done a deep dive on all the EP’s yet, Ilian Tape is one of my fav labels though so the fact they’ve done a series with him for years bodes well. I did think he last LP was pretty lacklustre compared to his first two |
