| War, nuclear holocaust, over-the-top satanic bent
As I'm in a mood for something like listed below I'm open for recs. War metal, deathgrind or whatever more or less similar. | | 1 | | Teitanblood From the Visceral Abyss | | 2 | | Black Curse Burning in Celestial Poison | | 3 | | Tyrants Blood Into the Kingdom of Graves | | 4 | | Axis of Advance Obey | | 5 | | Diocletian Gesundrian | | 6 | | Of Feather and Bone Sulfuric Disintegration | | 7 | | Infernal Coil Within a World Forgotten | | 8 | | Concrete Winds Concrete Winds | | 9 | | Antichrist Siege Machine Vengeance of Eternal Fire | | 10 | | Angelcorpse Exterminate
Hyperion1001
relentless tempo, riff after riff, not many slow downs, crazy solos, technical, evil blackened death | | 11 | | Order From Chaos An Ending In Fire
Hyperion1001
more changes of tempo, more chaotic and variable, technical blackened death/thrash, same vocalist/bassist as Angelcorpse | | 12 | | Damaar Triumph Through Spears Of Sacrilege
BMDrummer
hell of a war metal, even without looking at its unique background it stands on it own, manic, raw and heavy | | 13 | | Encenathrakh Thraakethraaeate Thraithraake
brickhed
brutal technical deathgrind with a lot of experimentation, chaotic, uncommon time signatures, dissonant | | 14 | | Blasphemy Fallen Angel of Doom
Hawks
pure war metal, raw, lo-fi but sounds good, heavy, ominous and infernal atmosphere, awesome | | 15 | | Blasphemy Blood Upon the Altar
Futures
see above, this one is especially good | | 16 | | Beherit Drawing Down the Moon
Hawks
black metal, lo-fi, more atmospheric than intense or chaotic, bass heavy production like in war metal, low/mid tempo riffs give strong (death)doom metal vibes. | | 17 | | Sarcofago I.N.R.I.
Hawks
black/thrash/death, pretty unhinged, sounds like 80's, good listen, i can see it being influential | | 18 | | Order From Chaos Stillbirth Machine
Hawks
raw, chaotic, technical, intense, heavy, really impressive death/thrash/black | | 19 | | GoatPenis Anesthetic Vapor
Hawks
this is what deathened black metal would sound if i had to imagine it, bm tremolo picking, dm vocals, war themes prevalent, it's even a bit melodic, really enjoyable | | 20 | | Napalm Raid Wheel of War
budgie
lookin at cover I expected war metal but it is crust punk, lo-fi, dirty, shouted vocals, intense and chaotic at times, surely fits the list description | | 21 | | Naked Whipper Painstreaks
Futures
grindcore leaning war metal, lo-fi | | 22 | | Gravesend Gowanus Death Stomp
Snake.
deathgrindy war metal, a lot of midtempo riffage, quite clear and balanced production for a genre to which I'll never complain | | 23 | | Terrorizer World Downfall
Snake.
deathgrind, fast tempos, drum work draws attention, raw but still quite technical in general | | 24 | | Brutal Truth Extreme Conditions Demand Extreme Responses
Snake.
deathgrind but feels closer do death metal than above, more mid tempo riffs but occasional blast beats and grindcore parts hits better then, political which I don't hate, there is 4 seconds grindcore song on this album | | 25 | | Kanonenfieber Die Urkatastrophe
oresttt
fits the theme of the list perfectly, more melodic black/death for a change, German language adds ominous feel to it | | 26 | | Impaled Nazarene Ugra-Karma
ScuroFantasma
intense, relentless, grindcore infused black metal, features some keyboard atmospherics, interesting cover and overall Indian theme, good album but they might be nazis though | | 27 | | Marduk Panzer Division Marduk
garas
war themed black metal, the cover looks like war, it sounds like war | | 28 | | Archgoat Whore of Bethlehem
garas
dense, chaotic war metal, lo-fi and muddy (especially those bestial vocals), changes of tempo present | | 29 | | Mysticum In the Streams of Inferno
garas
industrial black metal, atmospheric | | 30 | | Blacklodge Machination
garas
industrial black metal, insane "mechanical" drumming, which in conjunction with ambience and effects creates interesting atmosphere | | 31 | | Carnivore Carnivore
TheSonomaDude
I never knew Peter Steele did something like this. Good stuff, fits the list theme well. | | 32 | | Carnivore Retaliation
TheSonomaDude
this one is more hardcore and sludgy than above, even better stuff | | 33 | | Ayat Six Years Of Dormant Hatred
ThyCrossAwaits
intense, furious and disgusting black/war metal from Lebanon (another one), they may be not fond of religion (duh) | | 34 | | Profane Order One Nightmare unto Another
NightOnDrunkMountain
pure war metal, tight production for a genre (and again I won't one complaining about it, quite opposite), dense and heavy but everything is... audible, and I dig it | | 35 | | Heresiarch Death Ordinance
NightOnDrunkMountain
doomy war metal. which for me makes it even more interesting. | | 36 | | Revenge (CAN) Triumph.Genocide.Antichrist
Rowhaus
maniacally blasting war metal that rarely slows down, they have quite rich and well received discography from what I saw, Pete Helmkamp was here | | 37 | | Bestial Warlust Vengeance War Til Death
Rowhaus
war metal, reverbed vocals, i like what lead guitar is doing on this, intense | | 38 | | Sadistik Exekution We Are Death... Fukk You ! | | 39 | | Conqueror War Cult Supremacy | | 40 | | Profanatica Profanatitas de Domonatia | | 41 | | All Out War For Those Who Were Crucified | | 42 | | Merauder Master Killer | | 43 | | Sentence War | | 44 | | Massive Retaliation Arms of the War God | | 45 | | Reprisal Boundless Human Stupidity | | 46 | | Kickback Forever War | | 47 | | Diphenylchloroarsine Subterranean Existential Warfare | | 48 | | Oath of Cruelty Summary Execution At Dawn | | 49 | | Maquahuitl Teocalli of the Sacred War | | 50 | | Ravager Naxzgul Rising | | 51 | | Ares Kingdom Incendiary | |

04.06.25 | Encenathrakh is surely over the top as you described it ;) On many levels. Pure chaos but I kinda like it. Experimental, brutal, technical. It would take some time to decipher it fully.
