Anyhow I haven't gotten a Switch or the Switch 2. My gaming laptop and PS4 still do fine. I don't really hang with the boyz anymore heh but what a strange time. Playing Mario Kart 8 online on three systems in a house. |

I think we watched 3(?) episodes and I wanted to persevere but the wife got weird psychological fuckery with no actual conclusion / answer vibes and we haven't yet continued.
so, without giving it away... are there answers as to what's going on, or is it one of those open to interpretation shows where everyone is like "what just happened?" at the end (I know it hasn't "ended" yet, but are there at least moments of clarity or developments in that regard) |

04.10.25 | Peach Rings haha those aren't bad, but I haven't had them in ages. Speaking of candy. What's the deal with Swedish Fish. I think both candies sold in bulk is asking for trouble.
I wouldn't mind a typical bag of peach rings though those suckers are caked in sugar. Volleyball was fun. Did that in a past life. |
NudeTayne
04.10.25 | "so, without giving it away... are there answers as to what's going on, or is it one of those open to interpretation shows where everyone is like "what just happened?" at the end (I know it hasn't "ended" yet, but are there at least moments of clarity or developments in that regard)"
sorry Demon I was working and didn't read all of this through but "without giving it away" yes there are answers but those answers lead to more questions and the happenings of the show primarily deal with the relationships between the outside world and the severed world and the characters themselves. I have not had a "what just happened moment" per se, mostly everything that happens is pretty self-explanatory or up for debate on where it's going to go |
Trifolium
04.10.25 | And yet another beautiful pigeon poem! Pigeons are our muses apparently!
I don't know all of those candies but they sound good. |
Demon of the Fall
04.10.25 | thanks Nude. Like I said, it was something I was personally up for continuing. We were burnt by some show (forget the name), where we watched a couple of series and there was no real "answer" which really annoyed my wife - to be fair, in this instance it was rather irritating
she is now cautious of such things! |
NudeTayne
04.10.25 | I would be too, shows getting cancelled has been a plague on TV these years. I am still scarred by the cancellation of Firefly.
Severance is worth it though! If you're strong enough! |

Irrational phobias are weird. Girlfriend is a hardcore arachnophobe which is very convenient for her, since only I can clean up the shed. I've got a lot of long-legged friends out there. |
Demon of the Fall
04.10.25 | yeah, my wife isn't as hardcore, but would absolutely not enter the old shed. I was occasionally tasked with braving the rarely entered domain to fetch things and it was admittedly difficult seeing through the shroud of webs, lol |

Just had to re download them to my iPod, so really nbd, but it was annoying at the time having to go back through my ratings to get everything I lost.
One thing I absolutely love about Apple Music is that it replaced most of my music with the album on iTunes so suddenly I have the album art to like 95% of my library

04.19.25 | "if i were in a park and someone started playin the trumpet i would leave the park"
I used to have a neighbour with a teen son who played the trumpet. The kid wasn't a beginner and could play. However, this is gonna sound really close minded, but I think there's very few players out there who can make solo trumpet a wholly pleasant experience to listen to |

04.19.25 | Send healing trumpet sounds to Nimfe, she's ill and just sitting and drooling in a corner. We're going to the vet in an hour. |
Trifolium
04.19.25 | I will. And cuddles and hugs appropriate for the situation.

04.19.25 | Nimfe" appears to be a product name, specifically referring to a series of magnetic field sensors manufactured by Turck. These sensors are designed to detect ferromagnetic parts, like weld nuts and sleeves, and are used in various industrial applications.
Here's a more detailed breakdown:
Magnetic Field Sensors:
Nimfe sensors are magnetic field sensors, meaning they detect the presence of ferromagnetic materials by sensing changes in the magnetic field.
Ferromagnetic Part Detection:
They are specifically designed to detect ferromagnetic parts, which are materials that can be magnetized or attracted by a magnetic field.
Weld Nut Sensors:
Many Nimfe sensors are designed to detect weld nuts, which are common components in assembly processes, according to turck.de.
Industrial Applications:
These sensors are used in a variety of industrial settings, including automotive manufacturing, to ensure the proper placement and detection of weld nuts and other ferromagnetic parts.
Turck Manufacturing:
Nimfe sensors are manufactured by Turck, a company specializing in automation solutions, according to Newark Electronics.

04.21.25 | Thank you arth. She seems ok, still drooling, but happy. She is on two kinds of painkillers, medicine and antibiotics.
So now I'm just poor. The vet bill was 50% higher because it was weekend. _1.180 euros_. Staggering.

Look at rich people, they get all twisted, poverty maintains spiritual purity.
Did some garden work, that'll ground you. Lots of bees in the redcurrant bush. The ponds have two salamanders and a frog. |

04.21.25 | Ah, frogs. Alot of them in the grasslands near my place. Lovely creatures, they come in all colors, shapes, sizes and behavior patterns. Pheasants and orb-weavers are present as well. |

04.22.25 | "Demon, who did you resemble?"
I'm unsure. I just have a recognisable yet unpinpointable (wait, that's a real word?) face, apparently. The guy was kinda sheepish in asking me, because it was on behalf of someone else who wasn't around at the time (his manager, in a pub of course). I know who this person is by her past reactions to me. I always thought she was a little erm "flirty" and I guess this explains it! lol |

04.22.25 | Frogs are the best. We have a lake nearby where you have to walk very slowly during hatching season because the ground is teeming with little hopping cuties. Stepping on one would mean actual depression. |
