Ball’s Top 10 Exercises

Clocking in at 190 but goals are simple. Stay lean and functionally strong for when manual labor calls until I’m dead.

1. Dips. My favorite exercise. Chest, shoulders, triceps all day. Weighted, pyramids/
Schemes, bodyweight, or bench dips for triceps. An absolute staple.
2Pulling Teeth

2. Pull-ups/Chinups. Back, upper back, bicep, core. Same shit. Weighted, bodyweight, pyramids for maximum gains and less wear and tear on the joints.
3Big Dumb Face

3. Walking Dumbell Lunges. Lower body, core , mobility. Every leg day.

4. Bent Over Barbell Rows. Back, upper back, core and biceps. Compounds form 90% or more of my workouts. Ain’t nobody got time to waste on cable push downs and bullshit like that.

5. Military Presses. Standing and seated but prefer seated. Gains.

6. Sled drags/pulls. Always a good time to thrash your lower body and core with these brutal movements.

7. Squats. Weighted, barbell, goblet, box. Wall squats. All essential fur gains. Hoochie daddy shorts are mandatory for leg days.

8. Bench Press. Quit dumbell pressing but still barbell. Gotta take it easier so I don’t tear anything though. I’m getting old in this bitch. I feel 25 but 35. Can’t afford to be a dumbass.
