| Tell me about your favorite KMFDM record.
I've been—slowly—getting into this band since 2021. For some reason they're really having to grow on me, but that growth has accelerated tremendously recently. 09.26.24 | Nihil is my top, but only because it's the only album I ever listen to as a whole. Angst is a close second to Nihil, but most of the rest of their albums I do a lot of skipping. I like the first two tracks on Hau Ruck, and the opener on Xtort, as much as anything they ever wrote -- as much as anything in the genre -- but I can't remember the last time I went through those whole albums. ALL of them have at least one excellent track, though. And be sure to give SKOLD vs. KMFDM a spin: "Bloodsport" from that album is about good as this kind of stuff gets, imo | insomniac15

09.30.24 | I pick Symbols as my fave KMFDM album. I've heard of their full discography back in May 2021. Then I got to listen to LET GO this year. It wasn't special to listen to. xP
Naive, Money, Nihil, WWIII, Hau Rock, Tohuvabohu and Blitz are the ones I like the most. |
