09.09.24 | A lot of 9 hole Par 3 courses in and around my town, typically $20-25 for 9 holes with a deal for a second 9. The local real deal courses go from $45 and way up for a round of 18. We have one of Canada’s top rated golf courses on the island, not sure what the cost is, but the guy I played with today went earlier this year and it’s on my bucket list for next summer |

09.17.24 | Played 9 with my work friend today, brought a lady who was going to play behind with us. First hole she said “crap” after a bad shot, then immediately said “I’m so sorry, I try not to cuss”. By the third hole she’s drinking Fireball and smoking cig’s non-stop. Told her my name on the second hole, she called me about 4 different J names by hole 4, then just referred to me as J for the rest. 8/10 day, falling in love with my 6 iron lately |
