07.10.23 | Gave this a few listens, good work! Production is a bit iffy, which is understandable, but it's enjoyable stuff - really finds its groove as it goes along, the last few songs are my favorites. Will keep an eye out for future releases! |

07.10.23 | Production-wise, I think the most obvious problem is how compressed everything is. The first 20 seconds of "Everlost" are a prime example of this, as soon as the drummer hits the snare, the other instruments get quieter, which is a pity. I totally understand why you decided to go down that road though, proper mastering is very expensive. The guitar is also a bit loud, but not to the point of ruining the record in my opinion, it almost gives it a peculiar charm.
Songwriting is very good, and your performances are tight and really shine throughout the album. Overall very enjoyable! |

I'm hoping to rectify these issues with our next release which is almost ready to take into the studio, I'm saving up some cash to get us some studio time and getting it professionally mixed/mastered. |

07.11.23 | This is really well done. The production sounds fine to me for the most part but I haven’t listened to the whole thing super carefully or anything. I think it has a good balance of DIY charm while still sounding reasonably polished tbh. I’m not the biggest prog guy but I like the genre bending with the contrast of clean and harsh vocals and guitars which is something I try to do in my own music. The drums are mixed well, I find drums tricky to mix myself, it’s easy to make them too loud or too quiet but they sound good here. Nice job overall. |
