GmemberKills 02.03.23	Happy Birfday! 4 is still one of the most fun racing games ever made. I miss that era of over the top arcade leaning extreme racing/sports games so much. With such a push for realism & games as a service it feels like we will never get those kind of games again unless its indie releases.

And you got some good games on here. 7 quickly became my favorite game of all time when I first played it back in the summer of 2009, and it remains my second favorite game ever (my favorite, incidentally, is Fallout 3, which I started playing in the spring of 2010). And 5 was fun, too. I may not have liked it as much as 3 or 4 (hell, maybe even Infinite, though that's a little more dubious, in my view), but as a fan of Halo in his senior year of high school when it came out, it certainly served as a nice way to bridge the time between when I played Halo 3 in 2009 (I was late to the party, yes, but I didn't have a 360 yet in 2007) and Halo 4 in 2012/2013. But, all that aside, I hope you have a great birthday!

JKing92 02.03.23	Same here. I never played the first one, but Halo 2 changed everything for me when I was twelve. I had never played a shooter before (prior to the first Xbox, the only two consoles I owned were the Nintendo 64 and GameCube, as I was a big Mario fan as a child of the early 2000s), and it was definitely my first foray into shooters (though I didn't really start playing them a lot until when I was in high school when I got my 360). I don't know if I ever would have gotten into the genre in the first place if it weren't for Halo 2.
pizzamachine 02.03.23	Heh, I played all the DOS first person shooters like Wolfenstein 3D, Star Wars: Dark Forces, DOOM, Blake Stone, Rise of the Triad, and Duke Nukem 3D.
JKing92 02.03.23	I wasn't old enough for most of that at the time! The first (and only, actually) Wolfenstein game I played was New Order, which I played around the time I was graduating college (it was one of the first games I got for my Xbox One), and the only Doom game I've ever played was the 2016 reboot (which I remember really liking). I guess it really goes to show how much more experienced you are with shooters than me.

combustion07 02.03.23	Played all of these except 1 and 2. Burnout 3 is up there with Midnight Club 3 and Need for Speed Underground as my favorite racing games of all time. So damn fun. I just started playing Burnout Paradise City on my Xbox and it seems pretty fun so far too. Been playing another one called Wreckfest which I'm pretty sure is made by the people who made Flatout. Reach was my favorite Halo game. Played countless hours of deathmatch on there. Hot Pursuit 2 was damn fun too
