Went through this bands discography again and they are even better than last time. Ghost Reveries and Still Life are still of favourites of theirs though. Celebrity Therapist
Read a couple pages of a book for the first time in a while today. The last book I read was a Diary of a Wimpy Kid book when I was like 10. Today I read The Essence of Christianity by Ludwig Feuerbach and they are very similar reads. It was a great choice for my first book in a few years I think. Definitely understood every sentence, not just the general idea. Seriously though, really interesting book and has some great views in my opinion. I do recommend even though I can't understand every phrase that is in Latin, English or whatever. | | 4 |  | Somewhere South of Here

Mario Kart Wii is such a great game. One of my favourites when I was child and still is now. And no, rose tinted glasses have nothing to do with that. One of Us Is the Killer
This is my favourite album of all time. It slaps. Anyway, I like films. The best I have seen recently is Night Is Short, Walk On Girl. If you like weird shit, it will be a great film. Hard film to explain though. Also watched the classic that is Chinatown recently. The script is amazing and so is the third act. I can tell it will be better on rewatch. | | 7 |  | PUP

I get what you mean though, that first step into adulthood does feel strange at first, like something is different, then later on you realise that's not (and was never) the case. You're full of ideas about how things will change now (I was anyway) and yet in reality process is slow, very slow.
My cliched bit of advice would be not to (want to) grow up too soon, enjoy your youth, embrace it etc. | Demon of the Fall

I wish there was a simple tip to get good at guitar but unfortunately it’s super boring but practice practice practice
I found scales and exercises way too boring so used tabs off ultimate guitar for songs that were basically scales exercises but played along with songs
A really good example is learning songs from Children Of Bodom - Hatebreeder like their self titled track and Silent Night | Demon of the Fall
