| (Albums with) parrots rule
Recently I couldn't help but notice the coincidence of two of my favourite current artists releasing new albums within weeks of each other both depicting colour birds (are they parrots? Parakeets? Macaws? In any case, colourful creatures which fly). And then of course I thought of the grandaddy of parrot albums - Parrot Flies by Algernon Cadwallader, which I am listening to now and kicking myself I could not attend their reunion tour, where at this moment my brothers and buddy are rocking out to them in Toronto.
I don't know why this prompted me to make my first list in nearly 2 years. I guess I'm bored. Anyway, these albums rule. And if anyone reading this happens to know any more great albums depicting exotic birds, by all means, share. | | 1 |  | Alex G
