Koris 03.04.22	I usually stay in the office for lunch when I'm at work. Hell, it's lunch right now for me and I'm eating and Sputposting at work ;] There's also a really good Japanese restaurant across the street from where I work, so I'll usually get takeout and bring it back to the office

Sinternet 03.04.22	i do intermittent fasting, it's really good if you find you're the kind of person who snacks a lot or likes to eat larger meals 16:8 is a good start and pretty achievable, you'll be surprised how quickly your body adapts. i nowadays only have a two hour window to eat, but i take it whenever during the day I need to rather than a set time.

MO 03.04.22	normally just pack my own lunch. simple and light like fruits, chopped up veg and yogurt. I work in an office so eating a big heavy meal makes me feel like shit since I'm not doing anything physical. we have a cafe too if I need more veg like a salad or something
