List Of LPs I own

The complete alphabetical list of Vinyl records I own with some backstory provided:D
1AC/DC
Highway To Hell

This was one of the three LPs (others being Led Zeppelin IV, and Creedence Clearwater Revival Chronicles Vol. 1) my dad got me as a gift when he came back home after working abroad for over a decade.
2Alphaville
Forever Young

This is an LP I got from a co-worker when I used to work at a pizza place. He was the driver there, I knew he was in a band, but we rarely worked together and didn't have much opportunities to talk, however once we had shift together and we talked about music whenever we had the chance. I learned that the band he's in is a Psychedelic Black Metal band, it piqued my interest because I didn't have much interaction with black metal, besides Mayhem and Burzum earlier. He went home and brought me two of his band's (their band name is Entropia, be sure to check them out!) LPs and also Alphaville's Forever Young:D
3The Beatles
Help!

The First Beatles' record I bought, it is a bit faulty though, unfortunately. It skips on 'Ticket To Ride' and 'You're Gonna Lose That Girl', even though it was brand new when I bought it. Still it's one of my favorite albums from the Liverpool four.
4The Beatles
Revolver
5The Beatles
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band
6The Beatles
Abbey Road
7The Beatles
Let It Be
8Black Sabbath
Born Again

This is one of the records that belonged to my dad back in his days of youth (mid 80s-early 90s)
9Bullet For My Valentine
Gravity

Honestly I just picked it up because it was dirt-cheap, even though being brand new. I just wanted to expand my collection and I liked the bands earlier work, but haven't heard them in a while.
10Creedence Clearwater Revival
Chronicle, Vol. 1
11Eagles
Hotel California

A gift for my 16th birthday from dad
12Eminem
The Slim Shady LP

Never really listened to rap and wanted to give it a go, knew just that Eminem is a big name and saw this record in a music shop for a reasonable price, decided to get it.
13Frank Sinatra
My Way

Bought it in a second-hand store when I was on vacations with my now ex-girlfriend in summer 2021.
14Frank Sinatra
She Shot Me Down

This is one of the records that belonged to my dad back in his days of youth (mid 80s-early 90s)
15Guns N' Roses
Appetite for Destruction

Saw this for about 10$ in my country's equivalent of Wallmart. I honestly was surprised they even had music there xD. Buut since it's a classic I got it with my groceries.
16Iron Maiden
Iron Maiden

One of the most important albums in my life, this was my gateway to metal. When I was younger, my dad would play me Iron Maiden concerts and I vaguely recall really enjoying the Eddie character on scene. When I was 10 I remember asking dad to download Prowler on my nokia so I could have it as a ringtone.
17Iron Maiden
Killers
18Iron Maiden
The Number of the Beast

A gift for christmas 2020 I got from my now ex-girlfriend.
19The Jimi Hendrix Experience
Are You Experienced
20Johnny Cash
The Essential Johnny Cash
21John Lennon
Imagine

2020 Christmas gift from dad :D
22Led Zeppelin
Led Zeppelin IV
23Marillion
With Friends From The Orchestra

Added it to my cart when buying some records online, didn't know much about it, the cover looked cool and it was cheap. Listened to it many times and really enjoy it. I like blind buying records from time to time.
24Megadeth
Killing Is My Business... and Business Is Good!

I actually managed to get this record, as of writing, today! (17.02) I am actually thrilled because I managed to get a brand new copy, a reissue with the original cover for just 40$! It was really hard to find and the cheapest one on ebay I could find was 70$ and it was used. Really glad to own this record, it is really important to me, it got me into Megadeth and thrash metal over all, even though it sounds cheap, and the mix is kind of awkward (duh, it's their first record) the album never gets boring for me.
25Megadeth
Peace Sells... But Who's Buying?

Definitely my favourite Megadeth record, I think it's just a tad bit better than Rust In Peace. Managed to get my hands on an original 1986 release for just 20 bucks!
26Megadeth
Rust in Peace

The very first vinyl record I bought, with my hard earned pizzeria money xDD
I rushed to my local music shop and saw the Rust In Peace LP, it was not that expensive, I bought it even before I had a record player, just because I was so hyped about the idea of vinyls etc.
27Megadeth
Endgame
28Megadeth
Dystopia
29Metallica
Kill 'Em All
30Metallica
Ride the Lightning

This is one of the records that belonged to my dad back in his days of youth (mid 80s-early 90s)
31Metallica
Master of Puppets
32Metallica
The $5.98 E.P.: Garage Days Re-Revisited

This is one of the records that belonged to my dad back in his days of youth (mid 80s-early 90s)
33Metallica
...And Justice for All
34Metallica
St. Anger

A 2021 birthday present from my high school friend, the whole St. Anger was a running gag between us and to finish the joke he got me this as a birthday present. It was a little bit unfortunate, because he has birthday later than me and I was planning to do the same thing, just I wanted to buy him a St. Anger CD and T-shirt ;P
35My Chemical Romance
Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge

2020 Christmas gift from mom:D
36My Chemical Romance
The Black Parade
37Ozzy Osbourne
Blizzard of Ozz
38Green Day
Dookie

I have a love-hate relationship with Green Day, they were the first band that I was completely hooked on, watching concerts, buying merch etc. Now however, I cannot stand their music. I decided to pick up their Dookie LP, it's one of their albums that is still somehow listenable and because of the fact they were so important for me at one point I figured I ought to own at least one of their records on vinyl.
39The Smiths
The Queen Is Dead
40The Cure
Disintegration
41Metallica
