WeepingBanana 07.17.21	I love the flavor of sweet potatoes but sweet potato fries usually suck, they just don’t crisp up as nicely. Love yuca fries a lot, but cassava just isn’t as versatile as a regular potato. Russets are the superior potato imo

hal1ax 07.17.21	I really like the thinner skinned potato’s a lot. Red and gold. Never was a huge fan of russets. As far as peppers go, red savina habañeros prob have the best flavor among everything I’ve tried. Really sweet with lots of tropical notes. A bit hotter than a normal orange hab as well.
