Sputnik Smash Tourney

The boys at Colton's thread have decided that doing a little tourney would be fun. It'll use the competitive ruleset, but is a bit more lenient/casual in some other aspects. Ruleset:
3 stocks, 8 minutes
Items OFF, Hazards OFF, Handicap OFF, No character bans
Best of 3 OR Best of 5
2Smash Mouth
Fush Yu Mang

Starting Stages:
- Final Destination
- Battlefield / Fountaint of Dreams if you wanna be special :sparkles:
- Smashville (hazards off)
- Pokemon Stadium 2 (haz off)
- Town & City (haz off)

Counterpick only stages:
- Yoshi's Story (not to be confused with Yoshi's Island)
- Lylat is fine, I don't hate it but most people do (I don't like it either)
- Small Battlefield (aka Smol BF) is cool
- uhh the Sephiroth stage is fine I guess

3Smash
We come to smash this time

Set etiquette:
Best of 3 sets (1 of the 2 players needs to win two games in order to advance)
Best of 5 sets (1 of the 2 players needs to win three games in order to advance)

For game 1:
1. each player picks either heads or tails
2. flip a coin, whichever person matches can ban the first stage
3. there are 5 starter stages, so 1st person bans one stage, 2nd person bans one, and 1st person bans one last stage
4. there are now only two stages left, 2nd person (the person that did not win the coin flip) must now choose between them
*. both players can simply agree to go to any legal stage without bannign, this is called "gentleman-ing". For example, most ppl I play will agree to just play on PS2 as it is considered the most "neutral" stage in the game.

For any game after game 1:
* Person that one the last game can ban 3 stages
* Person that lost can pick any of the starter or counterpick stages that are available
