Good stuff ruined by one thing
All Idols Fall Before the Hammer

These boys swim in the same filthy waters with mighty Antediluvian and Mitochondrion. That bloody snare ruins everything though.

Varg killed a guy with 20 or so knife hits (in self defence of course) and burnt plenty of churches and got a ton of prison time. Fenriz has put super annoying burps at the end of one of the best folk metal songs and got away with it. Do you think this is fair in any way?
Total Death

I am all for'bad production' if that means that electronic processing and high tech is minimised to ensure an organic output. I mean I love the production on early Burzum or Darkthrone or even on the more obscure fuil na seanchoille or orgy of carrion. But this album has a production that seems somebody wanted that nobody hears the music on it. Especially when vocals come in it gets totally off. Probably my ears don't do it justice as I have never seen anyone comment this, on the contrary I even saw folks praising the production. Nonetheless, if I would one day  rank Darkthrone albums this would be dead last because of it.
