Allow yourself some time to grieve and feel low but try to keep moving and looking forwards, it's what anyone who cared about you would want.
I think with music I really just listen to whatever I'm enjoying at the time when I'm feeling hopeless and it helps (even if the music isn't exactly positive) |

I think comedy can help with depression, too. Being able to laugh, whether it is a comedian, tv show, movie, etc, can somewhat take my mind off stuff so hopefully not dwelling on the negatives currently dominating life, and give at least a temporary release from it |
