05.20.20 | I've still not seen more than 20 mins of Lake Mungo, and I haven't seen Blackcoat's Daughter and Beast. But everything else on your list I can easily see being a 5 |
budgie
05.20.20 | man beast is super underrated gem |

05.20.20 | Nice Triangle peep, Budgman, movie fucking rocks |
budgie
05.20.20 | what did i give it, a 2.0, haha. i know my horror comrades adore the film but about halfway through when i noticed the "loop" it just became a chore to watch, idk. |
Minushuman24
05.20.20 | both your guys' 5's are priiiiime.
|
porcupinetheater
05.20.20 | Oof, didn't peep the score! Shit that fucks with time always seem hit or miss, never got Primer myself. Haven't seen Triangle in forever, but if memory serves, always dug the more figure-8 shape of the loop.
Edit: And Hell yeah Minus-A24, Midsommar's a special one |
budgie
05.20.20 | have you seen coherence? not so much time loops (more like space loops) but, it's pretty soundly in the mind-fuck horror/thriller realm. fantastic film if you enjoy the sort of setting |
porcupinetheater
05.20.20 | Ain't got to it, bumping it straight up the priority dogpile |
Faraudo
05.20.20 | "have you seen coherence? not so much time loops (more like space loops) but, it's pretty soundly in the mind-fuck horror/thriller realm. fantastic film if you enjoy the sort of setting"

SteakByrnes
05.20.20 | Yea I'll def check out more of his stuff |
Minushuman24
05.20.20 | I used to love the fuck out of Guardians. I love James Gunn and I had fond memories of it. It is def one of the 5's on here that are more for personal reasons.
I saw TGWLTT back in early high school and since then it has been one of the anime films I recommend everyone. I even bought the DVD of it which set me back like 80$ |
Lord(e)Po)))ts
05.20.20 | I'd be less shocked if it wasnt placed number 5 lmao
I dont think it's a bad comic movie or anything I'm just especially surprised to see it ranked so highly |

05.20.20 | Oh yeah no, it's 33, Spirited Away is 1.
I don't think I've ever seen any of the films you need to revisit. I should probably change that.
I have a bad habit of putting off seeing classic and powerful films to watch some high octane garbage that is almost always horror. |
