Imperial Savagery just took first place from Afterbirth for me but that Afterbirth album is top tier for sure. Rooms to Nowhere and Never Ending Teeth are damn near on daily repeat

ThyCrossAwaits 05.09.20	So I literally went digging for 2020 death metal because of this list, found some cool stuff. Macabre Demise - “Awakening” is so damn good, the band’s in the database but the record isn’t. It’s up on YouTube in full though, everybody should jam this is you like death metal at all.

Found a goldmine of 100s of 2020 death and black metal releases from a user on slsk so I'm about to dig through them for some gems hopefully
