Pikazilla 03.03.20	Start with 1! That was my first Voivod experience. I was instantly blown away. Love at first sight, as they say.

aydross121 03.04.20	I never got into these guys as much as I would like. I know the music is solid but I really don't like the vocal style. I hate when people say they can't listen to something JUST because of the vocals but that happens to me here lol.
Grimlin 03.04.20	Voivod rankings are always interesting since they're rarely the same as the next person's. Some of this is the same as mine would be (specifically the last three), but KT would be first, Angel Rat would be much higher, and The Wake would switch spots with Target Earth.

They all have great songs on them. I'll also go ahead and say they're better than Phobos too, which, while better than Negatron, is still Not Great.
Sabrutin 03.04.20	Was about to rant about Angel Rat being so low but then I saw the top 5 and thought "ah yeah, it's that kind of band" so fair work Pika.
Pikazilla 03.04.20	Phobos is extremely underrated and that average is a joke. Negatron got a lot of flak because it was released right after Outer Limits, which is the closest album to being a fourth fullfledged Voivod classic. Oh, and its artwork is very goofy. Target Earth > Wake any day, but both rule, yeah. The last three are definitely the last three, but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy them - they are still a fun listen.
Gallantin 03.04.20	Negatron got a lot of flak because it didn't have Snake, deviated entirely from their pre-established styles, and consisted almost entirely of extremely boring, extremely repetitive pseudo-industrial dumpster riffs that went nowhere. Phobos was far less repetitive and boring, but still wasn't very good compared to the band's previous evolving style. Everyrhing up to Negatron felt at least like it evolved naturally to be that way. Negatron just went way off the map.
Scheumke 03.04.20	Never jumped into these guys. I guess its about time I change that. Will indeed start with 1 and see if its for me or not.

evilford 02.12.22	I feel like dimension hatross is your best bet. Has the best meld of their heavy early thrash leanings and the later prog direction they would take, and most vod fans have it in their top 3 probably
