Also not seeing New Plastic Ideas or Repetition from Unwound - those are definitely worth a check if you dig the ones you have rated. Likewise for Fugazi (Red Medicine and Kill Taker) Number Girl - Sappukei also sounds right up your street

swallowtales 02.03.20	Checked some of these out, enjoyed Made Out of Babies quite a lot - and am listening to Number Girl now which is killer. Wasn't so into Small Leaks Sink Ships and Carnival Ghosts (the drums bothered me quite a lot on that one). Def need to listen to Quicksand and get through the rest of the Unwound discog, prob should give Fugazi another jam too, though I didn't enjoy The Argument too much when I tried to get into it a while back.

swallowtales 02.03.20	Idk, I think there is definitely some post-hardcore influence in The Van Pelt's music, from Chris Leo's time in Native Nod, I think it has something in common with other stuff on this list, particularly vocally. Looking forward to checking out all these albums in the next few days!
