Look i get it there are some caustic lyrics on there, from a young man who came out of a very difficult relationship. I still just find it cringe worthy that daryl felt the need to apologize for music he made. It just seems silly. You made it man, sure it’s violent and at times inappropriate but there are way worse things in the world than making mean lyrics. Those lyrics are one of the main reasons they shot up in popularity in the early 2000s. To me its just spitting on their past and ignoring an album that brought them a lot if success for no reason at all. No one cares anymore it’s been 20 years."
