My scale for rating the strangeness of a given album (from 1-11) using an example for each (though my explanations probably aren't that great). "Strangeness" is basically associated with how far from being accessible a track or band is. | | 1 | The Rolling Stones

Some of the strangest, and most bizarre musical groups. Often go by their own standards, and are hard to define genre-wise, and whose sound is often as erratic and strange as their lyrics. There are few words to describe the Shaggs, and nearly no bands that can compare, so much so that I felt the need to give them a tier to themselves.
