More albums, hurrah! As Coltrane dominated '61, so too does Bill Evans dominate '62, although jazz music at this point seems to be preparing for a big reinvention of sorts. The folk revival is in full swing with many artists like Dylan, who did not make the list, and like Baez, who did in jaw-dropping fashion. Oh, and we also have the first singles released by my two favorite bands. Taking guesses as to who they are, winner receives nothing except half a bragging point. |
