Jimi Hendrix - Little Wing
Eric Clapton - Wonderful Tonight (the studio version is boring standard pop stuff, but the live version I have is so incredibly beautiful - the simple lead guitar line, just incredible)
Tom Waits - Saving All My Love for You (not the kind of thing you'd play to your girlfriend, it's just way to depressing - but outright beautiful as well)
