TheMightyScoop 02.27.19	kettlebells are the way to go tbh. so many different movements you can do and they're incredible at increasing cardio and scorching fat
BallsToTheWall 02.27.19	Kettlebells rule. I like using them for farmers walks, upright rows and swings.
TheMightyScoop 02.27.19	I like doing armor complex amraps (2 cleans, 2 snatch, 1 press, 3 front squat, 15 min)

TheMightyScoop 02.27.19	@guitarded_chuck you go through that rotation as many rounds as possible in 15 min, hence AMRAP (as many reps as possible)

TheMightyScoop 02.27.19	you get two 45 lb kbs and go through that rotation for 15 minutes at 100% effort, you'll be gasping for air by the end
