Time Will Die And Love Will Bury It

So y'all know how there are a lot of best song and worst song rec' competitions on this website? How about something that meets perfectly in the middle? Not many people recommend something that's truly "just okay" or "average", but that's what the goal of this comp is going to be. Below are some pointers to keep in mind for this competition.

You Won't Get What You Want

1. For this round, give me the most average song you can find or remember. Please note that average does not mean "generic" or "unoriginal" since songs described as these are usually below the average I'm specifically looking for here.

2. Once we get down to 5 people or less, I'll start asking for average albums rather than songs. The finals will include the most average discographies you can think of (only including LPs and please rec something with 15 albums or less). Only one rec' per person is allowed each round and there'll be one round per week (this means the next round will appear next Wednesday unless if I have absolutely nothing to do that week, in which case will be released earlier).

3. My scoring will range from 1.0 - 5.0. The goal is to get as close to a 3.0 from me as possible, without being much higher or lower. This means 2 people will be eliminated each round. One would have the highest score, the other would have the lowest.
