we all did. when you first start it's all about arms and abs. then you realize those are the two most pointless things to workout (abs less so). like row mentioned, legs and back are top priority and deserve their own dedicated days |

08.02.18 | My dad's been lifting for like 30 years now so I've had the importance of leg day hammered into my brain throughout my whole life. Always fun to go to the gym with my friends that mostly do upper body and leg press over twice what they're doing. Makes me feel like a true 4lpha. |

08.02.18 | I mean it never hurts to do a bit, if you want to do a killer ab workout just use an ab wheel. 3 sets of 10 for a noob and you'll be sore for a week I swear. it definitely helps in the pocket with squats and keeping things tight during bench |

08.02.18 | onionbubs keep it up.. you'll start having fun after a while. i personally find not whacking off gives you an energy/motivation boost after a week or two. i also think fasting from 8pm until 1pm the next day and working out in the morning on an empty stomach actually makes me sharper, though i know there are various schools of thought on whether or not that's a good idea. works for me. |
