WretchedCacophony 08.02.18	lift 5 days a week. EVERY workout begins with BOLT THROWER - ...FOR VICTORY. because there IS NOT another way to start a workout. Follow that up with either Cannibal Corpse - The Wretched Spawn or Demolition Hammer. Been doing this for 9 months now. trying to hit 300 on bench and 500 on deadlift by the end of the year.

Relinquished 08.02.18	I got my home gym set up as good as any normal gym. I'm at 1150 for the 3 big'uns. slipped a couple hundred since the kid.
AlexKzillion 08.02.18	My dad's been lifting for like 30 years now so I've had the importance of leg day hammered into my brain throughout my whole life. Always fun to go to the gym with my friends that mostly do upper body and leg press over twice what they're doing. Makes me feel like a true 4lpha.

Relinquished 08.02.18	nahh u good. it def helps more to do it for said bracing, but bracing those inner ab muscles is enough.
MO 08.02.18	I mean it never hurts to do a bit, if you want to do a killer ab workout just use an ab wheel. 3 sets of 10 for a noob and you'll be sore for a week I swear. it definitely helps in the pocket with squats and keeping things tight during bench
BikerMcWheels 08.02.18	I've made it to 110kg bench, 5 reps max... I really enjoy lifting. Don't skip leg day, it matters just as much.
Rowhaus 08.02.18	Abs are like salt. You just gotta sprinkle them here and there and keep that diet on lock and you'll be gucci. More important to get those cobra lats and gorilla quads.

BikerMcWheels 08.02.18	onionbubs keep it up.. you'll start having fun after a while. i personally find not whacking off gives you an energy/motivation boost after a week or two. i also think fasting from 8pm until 1pm the next day and working out in the morning on an empty stomach actually makes me sharper, though i know there are various schools of thought on whether or not that's a good idea. works for me.

rabidfish 08.02.18	'it’s so fuckin boring' this basicaly. I started crossfit and tbh i wasn't sure cuz all the memes and the hate for the 'crossfiter faggots' but i'm really diggin it, having a group and a coach really helps me keep a constant pace and push myself harder.
