06.08.18 | As a guy in the industry who looks to guys like these as inspirational/guiding etc its a real loss. There’s a lot of celebrity/award winning/Michelin chefs that have that glorious outward look but are struggling within their own internal warfare - to the point of suicide as an escape. |
