I like seeing people with ratings on albums I've never heard of but that's rare unfortunately. so many users have boring ratings with only albums that I've already heard of, sorry if that makes me sound like a dick. I personally enjoy finding albums that aren't in the db, it's a ton, and adding them. instead of just listening to brand new and converge. guess that makes me a hipster fag but whatever. users with large experimental or shoegaze slices are always good. DoofusWainwright 05.26.18	Phero some initially lower scoring stuff has surprised me but that's quite rare - plus some really bad stuff is 'love to hate' or 'so bad they're fascinating/funny' and I'll return to them a lot. The more I listen to new music the more you fine tune your initial impressions - doesn't mean you work out how good something is, more you get an inkling of how much potential it has. Some stuff you just know has next to no potential to interest you down the line. If something is 'that intrigues me' it'll prob get at least a 3 out of 5 to begin with.

Now it's 3 listens or no rating. There were so many albums that id come out of without being able to remember anything at all from. That's bad. This is my only way to register everything I've been listening to, so that way I can keep track of things, but I don't take this much serious in terms of the so called "objectivity", cause there's no such thing, regarding personal taste in particular and art in general.
