I lived in new hampshire, about 30 or 40 miles north of boston, for 20 years. god that state is beautiful, but absolutely miserable. terrible winters with multiple feet of snow and ice storms (sometimes won’t have our street plowed for days or the plow ends up blocking the driveway with a mound of compacted ice and snow). once had an ice storm that knocked power out for over two weeks. that was not fun. then we get very hot and very very humid summers. feels like florida up there. |
