| 5 | | Couch Slut Contempt
4.0 [noise rock, sludge, punk] why aren't we liking this? |
| 6 | | Esmerine Mechanics of Dominion
4.0 [post rock] I never thought I'd see a year where Esmerine released a better album than GY!BE. t/t is godly. |
| 7 | | BNNT Multiverse
4.0 [drone, noise rock, jazz and so on] this is real neat if you give it the time. But also goofy in a serious way. |
| 8 | | Leyland Kirby We, so tired of all the darkness in our lives
4.0-3.5 [ambient and post rock] low key having some of the greatest track released this year. And is overblown and overlong in a strangely charming manner. |

4.0-3.5 [hardcore, sludge, mathcore, grindcore] rep the swedish noiseless Full of Hell. |
| 10 | | Kamasi Washington Harmony of Difference
4.0-3.5 [jazz] feels like a mellow cousin to The Epic. Where it doesn't really pick up the heights shown in The Epic until the last track. |
| 11 | | Antarktis Illdaante
4.0-3.5 [post metal] Let's agree on post metal being better when it still had sludge influences. This is much lika a Cult of Luna light and it goes hard. |

3.5 [post punk] top tier post punk. |
| 21 | | The Mountain Goats Marsh Witch Visions
3.5 [indie folk] pulls my heartstrings |
| 22 | | Cosmic Analog Ensemble Les Sourdes Oreilles

3.5 [acid ambient] gotta love that genre tag. Superlong but superenjoyable this one. |
| 24 | | Snohamn Kom, vi startar en kult
3.5 [ambient, post rock] I don't know how to feel about this. The celestial ambience is well done but I can't shake the feeling this could've been so much more if the what feels like jam sessions were shortened in favor for some crescendo-core a la the closing track. |
| 25 | | Unkind Polku
3.5 [crust, sludge] slowly played crust in a sludgy manner. It's good. |
| 26 | | Made of Teeth Made of Teeth
3.5 [stoner rock] this is pure stoner rock fun. |
| 27 | | Melanie De Biasio Lilies
3.5 [dark jazz] a not so uplifting journey through jazz soundscapes. |
| 28 | | Ben Frost The Centre Cannot Hold
3.5 [glitchy post-industrial?] doesn't really pack as much punch as AURORA but still a great jam. |
| 29 | | Re-tros Before the Applause
3.5 [kraut, post punk, techno] a charismatic mix of quite a few cool genres that works really well. Dewi you'll like this. |
| 30 | | Riddarna En Annan Tid
3.5 [alt rock] alternative to your regular rock music with swedish lyrics. You'll probably dig this more if you get the lyrics cos they're a big part of this |
| 31 | | L'Rain L'Rain
3.5 [experimental, tape manipulations, dream pop maybe] "Not so much an album of songs but an album of music. Ignore the track titles, close your eyes, and enjoy the journey." |
| 32 | | Kj Spells
3.5 [ambient] celestial ambient with attention to detail. |
| 33 | | The Black Dahlia Murder Nightbringers

| 37 | | Iglooghost Neo Wax Bloom
3.0-3.5 [breakbeat, idm] well done and probably deserving of a higher score. |
| 38 | | Lee Gamble Mnestic Pressure
3.0-3.5 [IDM, techno] Lee tries his hand at some Autechre inspired IDM while retaining the techno. It works somewhat well on some tracks and not as well on others. |

3.0 [grindcore] a mix of the grindcore past, present and future. C0uld be m0re br00tal th0. |
| 40 | | Angel 1 Terra Nova
3.0 [new age electronic] hopping seamlessly between vaporwave, house, spacey synths, dubstep, noisy parts and so on. But it's a bit overlong and doesn't keep me interested throughout. |
| 41 | | Grave Pleasures Motherblood
3.0 [deathrock, post punk, gothic] is not my preferred genre but it has some nice jams here and there. |
| 42 | | Symbol Scalable
3.0 [ambient] is pretty ambient. Nothing more, nothing less. |
| 44 | | Four Tet New Energy
3.0 [mixed bag of electronics] feels way to scattered for my liking. |
| 45 | | The Caretaker Everywhere at the End of Time- Stage 3
3.0 [post rock, ambient] the enjoyable, but not more, saga continues |
| 46 | | Destroyer Ken
3.0 [indie folk] pretty down to earth and mellow with some real standouts in the typical Destroyer manner. |
| 47 | | I Hate Sex World of Grief

| 50 | | To Destroy A City Go Mirage

3.0 [piano jams] maybe not the most interesting but pretty and atmospheric slow piano jams. |
| 52 | | Havah Contravveleno

| 56 | | X.Y.R. Tourist
3.0 [ambient] synth jams and field recordings from this extremely profilic artist. |
| 58 | | Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith The Kid
3.0 [electronic dark pop] sometimes it sounds like Fever Ray and sometimes liek ambient and sometimes leik fun times. |

| 60 | | Impure Wilhelmina Radiation

| 73 | | Dr. Living Dead! Cosmic Conqueror
2.0 [thrash] band has lost everything that made them fun to begin with. |
