RIP Hef

This is a sad day but his life and life's work should be celebrated forever. Here are, in my opinion, the top 4 most influential issues-- these shaped the entire world for me
1George Michael
Listen Without Prejudice, Vol. 1

OCTOBER 1998 - a family friend in the hamptons had this in their house so every time we went out there I had Cindy Crawford's 14 pages of new nudes on my mind.
2Enrique Iglesias
Enrique

AUGUST 1999 - I paid 40 dollars for this (which was a bit over the standard summer camp markup, but it was a must-buy because American Pie had just come out and shannon elizabeth had SILVER FUCKING NIPPLES. (Editor's note: SE was also in a Chris Brown music video but the Enrique one >>>>> )
3Third Eye Blind
Blue

BOOK OF LINGERIE, JULY/AUGUST 1998 - One of my best friend's older brothers left this when he went off to college. It had Jamie Pressley, which was pretty dope because remember back then she was just a TV star (she was on this show on the WB called "Jack and Jill" with a bunch of other then-nobodies like Amanda Peet and Sara Paulson). More important than Pressley, however, was Alley Baggett... omgggg google her u guys seriously... she gets the mv pick here (hint: it's "Never Let You Go"... look out for her around the brige... she's one of the babes around the ~2:55 mark)... also check out Jack and Jill opening credits bc why not, i love the internet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SDJgJ5vDKcY
4David Lee Roth
Crazy From The Heat

JULY 1998 - This one didn't cost me as much as Aug '99 did, and it honestly wasn't nearly as important... that is until Deep Blue Sea came out the following summer... i might've gotten rid of this if it wasnt the sAME MAGAZINE LL COOL J HAD RIGHT BEFORE HE FIGHT THE SHARK IN THE OVEN (you ate my bird)... peep the first 15 seconds of this clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sRo5TKV_aCA
