Papa Universe 07.28.17	When talking about sensuality, the first thing that tends to come into my mind is not exactly the word's complete definition, but rather what it can be translated into physically; the dizzying feeling of closeness to someone you thrust caress towards. Musically that could be interpreted as the smoothest Jazz composition or a rather sombre and sweet Pop spectacular. I personally see this kind of tenderness in a number of tracks, be it an incredibly subtle nostalgia inflicting Teenage Talk by my favourite St. Vincent or, on the exact opposite spectrum of moods, swift and vibrant Speaking Gently by Badbadnotgood. But none of them come close to Julia Holter's musical equivalent of heaven that is Moni Mon Amie. But I suppose that the smoothness of Badbadnotgood's Speaking Gently suits this list better than any blissfulness of some post-adolescent dreamer, defended by pseudo-philosophical ramblings of a middle-aged musical remedialist.
