My 10 favourite active alt-rock bands
1Thrice

Had a 3 year hiatus but thankfully got back together in 2015
2The Dear Hunter

Essentially Coheed and Cambria but far more consistently good
3O'Brother
4Big Wreck
5Agent Fresco

Seen this band live, definitely the highlight of the festival I was at.
6Radiohead

Fairly obvious choice, but it's hard to deny their music.
7Queens of the Stone Age

A little skeptical about their next album, but similar case to Radiohead.
8Foo Fighters

Expecting some bane for including these guys, but w/e
9The Afghan Whigs

RIP Dave Rosser.
10Glassjaw

Seems like forever waiting for their new full-length.
