| An underground scene in this small shipyard town.
I advocate original music to no end, I hate cover bands -- though I don't knock people who do them (they're just not for me) -- and I live in a small, shipyard, town in the UK that suffers pretty badly in today's current economy when it comes to a "music scene". Over cumbersome with cover bands, and a majority wanting to hear that than original music, I've still always found people who live here to be incredibly creative/talented.
So, at the end of last year I started my own label to try and promote people who play in their own originals band, and, hopefully, create a tighter scene here. So far I've concentrated on doing a monthly Q&A with some of the talent, but I've reviewed a live show and EP.

On another note what your little shipyard town needs is a massive influx of immigrants, completely swamp the place. The cultural diversity will have an impact on the music scene and it'll make things better and that. | DrGonzo1937
04.24.17 | Cheers zak. We have new material coming out this week, but I'll be letting peeps on here know in due course. But definitely check some of the guys work I've interviewed, some really good shit happening at the minute around here.
