| Gojira ranked
Of course I had to do one for my favorite band. Also I put the top 3 songs of the albums in the descriptions. | 1 | | Gojira From Mars to Sirius
This is Gojira's magnum opus and one of the best albums of all time. I have spoken.
1.Flying Whales
2.The Heaviest Matter Of The Universe
3.Backbone | 2 | | Gojira The Way of All Flesh
Both this and my number one pick are a 5/5, but I always find myself enjoying From Mars To Sirius more than The Way Of All Flesh.
1.The Art Of Dying
2.Vacuity
3.Toxic Grabage Island | 3 | | Gojira L'Enfant Sauvage
Altough less complex and more accesisble than the previous two, Gojira's mainstream breaktrough is still an incredible record.
1.L'Enfant Sauvage
2.This Emptiness (special edition bonus track)
3.The Gift Of Guilt | 4 | | Gojira The Link
Gojira's second album showcases the more (progressive) death metal oriented style of their early days in a more fully fledged way than their debut album.
1.Remembrance
2.Wisdom Comes (propably the most death metal thing they have done since their demos in the 90s)
3.Embrace The World | 5 | | Gojira Terra Incognita
Altough Gojira's debut album has mostly superb songs, it has one problem: inconsistency. The album has fourteen songs and taking a couple of the least good off the record would make it notably better. In terms of musical style the album is more death metal-ly than anything that came after that, though The Link came really close.
1.Clone
2.Lizard Skin
3.Space Time | 6 | | Gojira Magma
I feel really bad for putting anything in the bottom of the list because all of Gojira's albums are great. The reason I decided to put the band's newest record here is, the songs here are good, but not excellent. At least half of the album is just songs that do not stand out in Gojira's catallog in any way.
1.Silvera
2.Stranded
3.The Shooting Star | |

02.25.17 | 1,6,2,5,3,4. To me Magma was their most focused and best flowing album besides FMTS | Jerryyz
11.25.17 | After listening to all of these a LOT more, I've changed my top 3 lists quite a bit. | KevinKC
11.25.17 | It took me ages but I actually love L'enfant Sauvage now. It'd be my second favourite of them. |
