Agoraphobic Nosebleed Ranked

My ranking of the band's discography (all the releases listed on SputnikMusic [minus "Bestial Machinery: ANb Discography Vol 1" and "PCP Torpedo / ANbRX - Double CD"]) from worst to best. Along with rankings, i'll also be listing my top tracks from each release.
7Agoraphobic Nosebleed
PCP Torpedo

Don't get me wrong, this is a good ANb EP, but it's not my 'go to' when I want to listen to the band. The production is somewhat wonky, which hinders my ability to like it as much as other releases from the band.

Top 3 tracks: "Thanksgiving Day", "Strong Stench of Balance", Thinning the Herd"
6Agoraphobic Nosebleed
Honky Reduction

The debut 'album' of ANb. This album is short and sweet, featuring some solid ANb tracks. However, like "PCP Torpedo", the production is somewhat odd. The guitars are very deep and some riffs are hard to make out. They would go on to perfect this 'digital grindcore' sound on future albums.

Top 7 tracks: "The Withering of Skin", "Her Despair Reeks of Alcohol", "Die and Get the Fuck Out of the Way", "Vexed", "Hat Full of Shit (For Cletus)", "Cloved in Twain", "Empowerment"
5Agoraphobic Nosebleed
A Joyful Noise

A lovely little Christmas themed EP. It's not a necessity to listen to, but it provides a good four minutes of entertainment. It's nice to see the band return to the 'under 20 seconds' song lengths as well, though it doesn't give off an "Altered States of America" vibe.

Top 4 tracks: "Frozen Corpse Stuffed with Holiday Cheer", "Little Town of Bethlehem", Ghost of Christmas Past", "Re-Gifted"
4Agoraphobic Nosebleed
Altered States of America

Quite possibly the most insane grindcore / cybergrind album ever released. Over 99 tracks (100 if you count the hidden track) in 19 minutes. This release sees the band expanding their sound into noise territory, where it wasn't as present on past releases from ANb. The sheer craziness of this 'album' might turn a lot of people off, and that's partially why it's not my favorite album from the band.

Top tracks: 41 total out of all 99 tracks
3Agoraphobic Nosebleed
Arc

This is some seriously good shit. Who knew a doom metal release from a fast as fuck grindcore band could be so amazing? The three songs on this EP / album are heavy, slow and full of great riffs. Not only is the instrumentation stellar, but Kat's vocals also sound killer as well. I would happily place this release among my favorite doom metal albums.

Top track: "Gnaw"
2Agoraphobic Nosebleed
Agorapocalypse

"Agorapocalypse" steps away from the chaotic sound of their past albums, and goes in a more straight forward direction. This album features some of Scott's best drum machine programming to date, along with a new female vocalist. The songs are still intense, but they also have much more life to them. The songs are no longer 5 second bursts of 350 bpm's on the drum machine. They now have better structure and are crafted much better.

Top 6 tracks: "Agorapocalypse Now", "Flamingo Snuff", "Dick to Mouth Resuscitation", "Hung from the Rising Sun", "First National Stem Cell and Clone", "Question of Integrity"
1Agoraphobic Nosebleed
Frozen Corpse Stuffed With Dope

As much as I love "Agorapocalypse" and "Arc", this album remains my favorite among the band's discography. The absurdity and 'dare I say' catchy tunes presented here are among my favorite ANb songs. The riffs are full of life and the intensity is ever so present. However, the musicianship is never sacrificed, and the band manages to meld both chaos and 'melody' into one. Though this album is not everyone's cup of tea, it still remains as my favorite ANb album.

Top 10 tracks: "Bitch's Handbag Full of Money", "Hang the Pope", "Blind Hatred Finds a Tit", "Built to Grind", "Kill Theme for American Apeshit", "Machine Gun", "Time Vs. Necessity", "Cryogenic Husk", "Contaminated Drug Supply", "Repercussions in the Life of an Opportunistic, Psuedo-Intellectual Jackass"
