Dee Eye Gee

That's the last time, Bender. That's the last time you ever make me look bad in front of those kids, you hear me? I make $31,000 a year and I have a home and I'm not about to throw it all away on some punk like you. But someday when you're outta here and you've forgotten all about this place and they've forgotten all about you, and you're wrapped up in your own pathetic life, I'm gonna be there. That's right. And I'm gonna kick the living shit out of you. I'm gonna knock your dick in the dirt. DIG DIG DIG

The Spiders Sleep

Yeah this pretty much beats Contrive's The Meaning Unseen as the best Australian metal release I've
heard. It's like Opeth but a little more riff based, and the clean vocals smack of Devin Townsend. Every
track is either great or fucking awesome. Please sample.

New Manic Art

Grown on me with every listen. Great, catchy rock.
3The Herd
Summerland

Didn't like this much at first, but this latest release from the Aussie hip-hop crew has some really good
tunes. Just as politically inclined as usual.
4Alchemist
Tripsis

Had this for ages and always liked it, but I've had it on most of the week and it's grown heaps. I suggested
them for a listening party, so check em out if you haven't already.

The World Could Turn Around

Still digging these guys. Loosely labelled progressive rock, they mix straight up rock tracks with classical
piano. Excellent EP.
