BallsDeep 10.23.16	alcohol prices are extortionate particularly in clubs/bars, even with respect to out higher wages, so most people in my city opt to get obliterated before they head out to avoid buying drinks throughout the night. Although this in itself is a gambit because about 50% of the time you end up being so intoxicated that you're denied entry to the club, if you even make it there. Apparently I've tried to use my Nando's card as my ID before. Until the city discovered MDMA which is both cheaper and 100x more enjoyable, last time i went to a club they weren't even serving alcohol only jugs of water to keep us hydrated. Probs not good for the long-term mental health but then again neither is alcohol.

As a matter of fact, I haven't come across any fatal cocaine cases. That's not to say these don't exist, but I know of a decent amount of people who ended up in a coma after merely swallowing just one pill; just because a lot of pushers nowadays are selling stuff of extremely nefarious quality. My personal advice would be to stay clear of hard drugs in general (obviously), but when you really feel the need to experiment, cocaine is - from my own personal experience - the least dangerous. Just my two cents

And I remember reading somewhere that certain antidepressants that effect norepinephrine (rather than serotonin) as being the most empirically backed drug treatment for panic d/o.

I tend to overthink a lot of things which isnt really a bad thing imo and has helped me more then hurt me, engineering and math always came easy and really interested me and helped me build a career im happy with, it just happens to also cause me to overthink embarrassing and stressful moments in my life and clutch onto my mistakes. but i think its just my brain loving to learn from mistakes and trying to not repeat that kind of shit... its a blessing and a curse and is why i personally dont think i need to script for it. i recognize though that its way worse and more debilitating for a lot of people and dont condemn the use of anti anxiety meds at all, i think anxiety is a spectrum that everyone falls on... no one is anxiety free its pretty much an evolutionary trait

TheSpaceMan 10.24.16	i dont think hal1ax was dismissing xanax at all, in fact he highlighted their place. what he means is SSRIs have potential to stop those type of things in the long run while benzos can do what you used them for and provide immediate help if an episode does happen. its like if there was a drug out there that stopped the common cold, thatds be rad but doesnt mean we should stop the use of cough suppressants cause anything can happen you feel?
