I'm sorry but I just went by the information I had to work with and your albums you like don't qualify as important to 2002. I don't know about the horse band but By The Way only received a 3.7 average. That isn't bad, but it's nowhere near qualifying. |

I wasn't sure where to cutoff when counting the number of votes so I preemptively set the cut at 400 votes, which is around 15% the number for the most voted on album. Anything less seemed inappropriate to add, but I will say El-P was the only one I thought twice about not making the list. |
