Songs That Should Not Be Missed

In random order
1Tool
Reflection

It has my favourite guitar solo ever, about 7 minutes into the song. I know, it probably isn't that hard to play or technically brilliant, but i just love that solo! And, as always, Danny Carey rules.
Also it has one of the most touching and energetic climaxes I've ever heard.
2Outcast
Ms. Jackson

One of the best hip-hop songs I've heard. The sampled piano is brilliant, and the overall feel of the track is great. It also has some great lyrics
3Radiohead
How to Disappear Completely

The most beautifull song ever written. 'Nuf said.
4KoRn
Shoots and Ladders

Simply because of the bagpipe intro, and the ingenius use of old nursery rimes
5Pink Floyd
The Great Gig in the Sky

Because of the way Pink Floyd uses the voice as an instrument, instead of using it to sing actual words.
6The Beatles
Maxwell's Silver Hammer

It's just hilarious to listen to! The piano, bass, drums and various other instruments just fit so well together.
7A Perfect Circle
The Package

In my oppinion, the best opener on any album. It's not the best song they've made, or the best song on the album, but it works extremely well as an album opener. Also, the change in dynamics halfway through the song is amazing.
8Tears for Fears
Mad World

The original song by Tears for Fears is rather more dynamic than Gary Jules. It features some extremely cool moments.
9System of a Down
Sugar

This song makes you want to freak out. It's utterly insane, which is what makes so brilliant.
10Led Zeppelin
Kashmir

Because it's been used in many different ways since it's original release. The original still uses the guitar riff best!
